The problem we saw
Australian accounting firms, particularly the smaller ones that make up the majority of the profession, face an enormous quality assurance challenge. Tax law grows more complex every year. The ATO’s scrutiny increases. And the most experienced staff, who carry the firm’s QA knowledge in their heads, are always stretched too thin.
The solution we built
We combined deep Australian tax-firm expertise with state-of-the-art AI to perform comprehensive quality checks on tax work, automatically, instantly, and without changing anything about how your firm operates.
Off-the-shelf AI from the major US tech firms presents two problems. Like our clients, we have strong reservations about feeding sensitive private data into offshore platforms that may use it for model training, our preference is clear: full control over client data, zero risk. And generic AI is “non-deterministic,” producing a different process and format each time; for commercial-grade QA, inconsistent outcomes simply aren’t viable.
So we built our own self-contained pipeline that keeps all data within our sovereign control, using no public AI LLMs, a first-of-its-kind solution that harnesses AI while preserving the security of client data.
